Article 1. Procedure

Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will meet you at the agreed time at our boutique located 33 rue Saint Martin, 14400 Bayeux; A tablet will be lent to you, it is this which will guide you throughout the Quest that awaits you.

Some additional explanations will be provided to you and you will be ready to go on an adventure

Article 2. Duration

​

The duration obviously depends on you, we can nevertheless agree to say that it takes between 1 hour and 2 hours to complete the Quest.

Article 3. Tariff

​

The price of the service is 20 € TTC per tablet loaned (5 players maximum)

Article 4. Cancellation

​

It is possible to exercise a right of withdrawal before the scheduled appointment time, thank you for informing us as soon as possible.

Article 5.  Responsibility

​

Loaned tablets are your personal responsibility in the event of damage or theft of equipment. Compensation of € 500 will be due in the event of non-return or damage to the equipment. You may be asked for an identity card as a deposit.

Article 6. Personal data

​

EMWWO undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the user that he would have to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. Article 7. Settlement of disputes

These terms of use are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent court will be that of Caen.
